Pack Your Device
Securely pack the dash cam in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, mounts, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technical team inspects the device, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
